Andreas Lötscher

Chairman of the Board of Directors
Andreas Lötscher has held various positions at the Graubünder Kantonalbank for over 30 years. In addition to his duties as Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Lötscher is entrusted with essential tasks of investment management and participates in the development and support of startups. He has profound knowledge of the financial service sector in general and of finance and accounting as well as risk management in particular. Prior to his election as Chairman of the Board of Directors of BZ Bank in February 2023, Mr. Lötscher was, among others, a member of the Board of Directors of various investment companies (private banks) of Graubündner Kantonalbank. Mr. Lötscher holds a degree in business administration (lic. oec.) from the University of St. Gallen.

Michael Kistler

Member of the Board of Directors
Michael Kistler has been a tax and legal advisor in the fiduciary sector for 29 years. After graduating from law school as a lawyer, he worked for Ernst & Young for 12 years in advisory and management positions. In 1998, he completed further training as a tax expert. Since 2005, Michael Kistler has been a partner at Gfeller + Partner AG in Berne, where he primarily provides tax and legal consult-ing services to companies of various sizes, industries and private individuals. From 2008 to 2019, he was also a member of the Board of Directors of BZ Bank, a position he has held again since 2023. Since 2020, Michael Kistler has also been a member of the Advisory Board of the Allco Group.

Stefan Sigron

Member of the Board of Directors
Stefan Sigron has been with Graubündner Kantonalbank for 28 years, where he has headed Corporate Development and the CEO Office since 2003. Previously, he was, among other things, Chief of Staff in the Investment & Private Banking Department for several years. Mr. Sigron has many years of experience in the areas of strategy, corporate culture, investment advice, portfolio analysis and investment & private banking, as well as a broad knowledge of economic developments. He was a lecturer at the University of St. Gallen for several years, where he lectured on the topic of leader-ship/culture. Mr. Sigron holds the Diploma of Advanced Studies.
